Coke & Metallurgical Industries

India's coke manufacturers and integrated steel plants operate inside a tightening regulatory envelope — CPCB norms, state pollution-board consent conditions, and increasing pressure to recover by-product value. Terrasafe's focus inside this sector spans emissions, coke quality, by-product recovery and compliance support.

  • Emissions control for coke ovens — SO₂, NOx, particulates, VOCs
  • Coke quality improvement, including CSR and sulphur management
  • By-product recovery and valorisation (coke-oven gas, coal tar, ammonia, light oils)
  • Environmental compliance and CPCB / state pollution-board liaison for coke plants

Active engagement on coke quality improvement, with focus on sulphur content management and process optimisation. Outcomes will be published only once documented and with client permission.
